How to install Eyesight for Android devices: Internal Pinkerton Users

Pre-Requisites:

•    Intune Company Portal by Microsoft Corporation.

•    Microsoft Authenticator by Microsoft Corporation.

•    Work Profile configured in the device.

•    Device registered.

•    Pinkerton Account created.

Requisites:

•    Android Device.

•    Android Version 8.0 or newer.

•    Wi-Fi or Mobile data connection.

Steps to install:

1. On your Android device, access to the Work Play Store through either the Personal or Work Profile.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. If you accessed through the Personal Profile, follow the next steps. Otherwise, skip to step 3.
   
   2.1. Tap on the profile picture at the top right corner. Then expand the accounts menu to visualize the accounts associated in the device.
   
   
   
   
   2.2. Tap the ‘Switch to work profile’ option to redirect to the Work Play Store.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Search for “Pinkerton Eyesight” in the search bar located at the top. Then tap on the app named "Pinkerton Eyesight Private" to install it.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Tap the 'Install' button to begin installing Eyesight.
   
   
   
   
5. Congratulations! Eyesight has been successfully installed on the Work Profile of your mobile device, and you can now start using it.
