Profile Submission

On the initial screen, you will see a navigation bar on the left, and a dialog asking for contact information. This is the first of 9 key areas of your profile. These areas are listed below and are directly accessible via the left-side navigation bar. You can either navigate to each one as needed or proceed step by step by pressing “NEXT” in the top right corner. Please be aware that when you jump around, you may want to save your edits before leaving the page.

  1. Contact Information: This is used for establishing contact with you if needed.

  2. Supplier Information: Please provide your legal business information in this section. This will be utilized during invoicing and will serve as the subject of due diligence while onboarding.

  3. Operational Information: This area is used to capture the geographical coverage of services. Here we also can declare which languages are supported and the types of available equipment the agency can bring to support an engagement. If you are submitting more than one business entity, each entity must have its profile for billing purposes. Each profile will thereby declare its range of services separately. Therefore, please provide your coverage as it relates to where the service will be compensated.

  4. Service Lines: This is used to declare what type of services your agency is available to perform and to declare your standard billing rate for these services.

  5. Licenses, Insurance & Certificates: This section is where we capture licenses and insurance documents required to perform the services mentioned in the previous step. This will be cross-checked and verified during the due diligence process.

  6. Agents & Users: This section is where we capture information about your agents who are performing work. These users will be referenced when assigning work and will have access to the mobile application for submitting time and expense. See the Agents & Users article for additional instructions.

  7. Summary: This section shows a one-page view of all the data that has been provided in your profile section. Please read this carefully before proceeding to the next step to ensure all the information you have provided is correct.

After providing all relevant information for your agency, please proceed by clicking “NEXT” on your Profile Summary page. If you’ve missed any required information, the application will present you with the fields you’ve missed. Otherwise, you will be presented with a Master Service Agreement (MSA). To submit the contract, click on the checkbox asking to agree to use electronic records and signatures and press the yellow “CONTINUE” button.

This will present you with the readable MSA for review. Click on “START” in the top right corner to immediately jump to the place requesting your signature and then click “SIGN” to select and add it to the document.

Continue this process until you’ve provided your signature in all places where it is required. After completing this process, you will see “FINISH” appear as a button. Depending on the services you offer, you may be presented with more than one document during this process. If this occurs, please repeat the abovementioned steps to submit all required contractual agreements for performing services. After all contractual agreements are signed, you will be brought back to the application page and presented with a confirmation message indicating you have successfully signed the document(s).

From here, please press “SUBMIT” to finalize the submission of your profile to Pinkerton. If everything was correctly processed, you should then see “Profile submitted successfully.” You can now log out of the application by clicking the drop-down arrow in the top right corner of the screen and selecting “Logout”.

Pinkerton will notify you once your profile has been processed and reviewed. This will indicate that your profile is ready to begin receiving assignments. Pinkerton may also reach out to you directly with a request for clarification or to provide more information during the approval process. If this happens, please use the links in the email you receive to submit any more information needed to complete the process. As soon as you receive an email saying your profile has been approved, this means you can log into the portal to begin receiving service requests.
