Upon receiving the approval notification after the Due Diligence process is completed, the GAM portal is accessible by visiting the following link: https://global-nexus2.pinkerton.com/login/vendor
On the home page is an overview of Service Requests which have been assigned grouped by their status. The numbers in the legend represent the count of requests according to their status. These are clickable links that take you directly to an overview of requests which have this type of status. A full overview of requests is accessible by clicking “View All” in the top right corner of this dialog.
The Quick Links dialog provides a list of relevant administration and financial tools. The information that was first submitted about the business can be edited and viewed via the first link called View Company Profile.
Be aware that changing service and license details will require approval before it is activated to be assigned by Pinkerton. When a license is approaching its expiry date, this will appear in Documents Pending for Renewal overview. If a license becomes expired, this will also affect the visibility of the available services which are related to this license. Therefore, it is important to keep documents up to date within the system. View Agent Details and Invoices will be covered in the following sections below.
On the rightmost dialog called To Do List, a feed is displayed of open requests which are awaiting assignment, acceptance, or some type of other action by the currently logged-in user.
