User Management

Managing the agents can be performed while signing up, but also after Due Diligence approval. During the sign-up process, the “Add Agents” dialog is shown on the final step before continuing to the MSA. The second Quick Links button from the Dashboard will take you here as well.

• On this page, an overview of all agents who are available to perform work for Pinkerton is displayed. From this page, you can also add new agents and users to your profile.

• By clicking on the agent’s name, the agent profile view is displayed. On this page, contact details, a photo, and roles can be assigned to the user.

Here below is a description of the types of roles that are available.

1. Finance Team: Can only view information regarding invoicing.
2. Operational Team: Can only view information regarding assignments, time entries, and submitted expenses. This is reserved for people who will be performing work.
3. Vendor Agent: Can only view information regarding their own assignments, time entries and expenses. Can also enter their own time entries and expenses.
4. Administrator: Has full access to all features in the portal and can edit business information.
5. Vendor Owner: Has full access to all features in the portal and can edit business information. 
6. Vendor Primary Contact: The primary point of contact for your company. Has full access to all features in the portal and can edit business information. 

Once the contact information has been provided, information about licenses, insurance, and certificates can be included. This will be validated when a service is requested which requires a specific type of license. Therefore, it is important to include any relevant license documents for the agent to be accepted by Pinkerton’s compliance team.
