• Per Diem: Refers to your daily allowance or payment.
  
  
• Transportation: Refers to the expenses associated with hiring a vehicle for travel purposes
  
  
• Travel: These expenses cover the cost of flights, public transport or other expenses related to travel.
  
  
• Meals: A meal expense refers to the cost incurred for food and beverages consumed during a business-related activity.
  
  
• Parking: A parking expense refers to the cost incurred for parking a vehicle in a designated parking area or facility. It includes fees paid for parking in various locations such as parking lots, parking garages, metered parking spaces, or parking structures.
  
  
• Mileage: A mileage expense refers to the cost incurred for using a personal vehicle for business-related travel. It is typically based on the distance traveled.
  
  
• Lodging: A lodging expense refers to the cost incurred for accommodation during a trip or stay away from your usual place of residence. It typically includes expenses related to hotel stays, bed and breakfasts, hostels, or other lodging facilities.
