Q. I have many USR's in Eyesight, is there a way to filter these by a specific date?
A. To do this you can click the 'Funnel' icon in the top right-hand corner. 




Q. Where can I find the details of the assignment?
A. In your assignment click on 'Request Details' and you will see all the relevant details. 





Q. I was told there were documents related to this assignment in Eyesight, where are they?
A. To find your documents please click the 'blue circle' in the lower right in your selected USR and click 'USR Documents




Q. What is the 'Location Details' section?
A. This section is a readable view of the specific location of the request.

 


Q. What is the 'Live Video' section?
A. Live Video is where you can communicate with other assigned agents on site in real-time. Please note you need to have both your Camera and Microphone enabled to use this feature. 




Q. What is the 'Map View' section?
A. Map View will show you your clock in location and the clock in locations of other agents assigned on the USR. You can also find the names of these agents by clicking on the '3 Lines' in the lower right-hand corner.
