For editing time in the Eyesight app, please follow the steps below:
- Open Eyesight and login;
- On the top-left side, click the "3 vertical lines" (menu) icon, then go to Time Entries;
- You will see a list of all your time entries. You can leverage the Filter to locate the one you're looking for. Once located, click the entry to open it and make the necessary changes, then save it.

NOTE: If the time entry has been already marked as Approved, you will see a green check mark next to it. In such cases, Eyesight will not allow for any changes, and you will need to coordinate any changes with your manager or supervisor.
- Starting on April 2026, a new update has been introduced which will auto-approve time entries which match the following criteria:
- Agent clocked in using the Eyesight app while on-site, within 5 minutes of scheduled start time;
- Agent clocked out using the Eyesight app while on-site, within 5 minutes scheduled clock out time;
- If your time entry has been auto-approved and changes are needed, you will need to coordinate any changes with your manager or supervisor, as it will need to be un-approved to allow for changes to be made.
- Alternatively, you can also edit your time while clocked in, by clicking the "Edit" button while on the 'Time Clock' screen.
