Eyesight is not allowing me to edit my time entry

If the time entry has been already marked as Approved, you will see a green check mark next to it. In such cases, Eyesight will not allow for any changes, and you will need to coordinate any changes with your manager or supervisor.

  • Starting on April 2026, a new update has been introduced which will auto-approve time entries which match the following criteria:
    • Agent clocked in using the Eyesight app while on-site, within 5 minutes of scheduled start time;
    • Agent clocked out using the Eyesight app while on-site, within 5 minutes scheduled clock out time;

  • If your time entry has been auto-approved and changes are needed, you will need to coordinate any changes with your manager or supervisor, as it will need to be un-approved to allow for changes to be made.
