Eyesight Not Working

If you are trying to login into Eyesight and being met with a constant spinning (loading) wheel before inputting your login credentials, the issue is likely to be related to the app's cache.


In this scenario, you can clear the app's cache by following the steps below, depending on which phone you use. This is specially helpful when updating Eyesight to a newer version.


  • For iPhones: Go to Settings -> General -> iPhone storage -> Eyesight, then click “offload app”, after this then uninstall the app.


    To re-install it, this link should take you to the app in the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pinkerton-eyesight/id1517094973



  • For Android: On your phone's main menu, tap and hold on Eyesight's icon -> App Info (on some phones, this option may look like a circled " i " icon). Then on the App Info screen, click on "Clear Data" -> "Clear all data", and confirm.
    • On some phones, this option may be under App Info -> Storage or read as "Clear Storage" instead.
