If you are trying to login into Eyesight and being met with a constant spinning (loading) wheel before inputting your login credentials, the issue is likely to be related to the app's cache.
In this scenario, you can clear the app's cache by following the steps below, depending on which phone you use. This is specially helpful when updating Eyesight to a newer version.
- For iPhones: Go to Settings -> General -> iPhone storage -> Eyesight, then click “offload app”. Once done, open Eyesight and try to login again.
- For Android: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Eyesight, then click "Clear Data" -> Clear All Data and confirm.
