Updating Operational Coverage

Before adding new operational coverage for different areas, please make sure to have all the mandatory documents to prove your company is eligible to provide services and is in compliance with the local authorities.






  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and click VIEW COMPANY PROFILE under Quick Links.




  2. On the profile page, go to the SERVICE LINES tab, then click the Service Line you want to add a location for.




  3. Select the ADD COUNTRIES SERVED button.


  4. On the pop up that appears, enter the country and state you would like to add coverage.




  5. Once entered, click the SAVE button on the right side.
    • NOTE: At this point, the changes will be submitted to our Due Diligence teams for their review and approval. If any documents or licenses are needed in order to provide services in that region, please make sure to upload them to your profile. Not uploading the relevant documents will result in changes being rejected.
  6. To update the Service Lines your company provides, go to the SERVICE LINES tab of your profile and click the ADD SERVICES button.




  7. On the pop up that appears, select the SERVICE TYPE, the SERVICE line and the CURRENCY which you bill, and enter your rates.




  8. Once all information is entered, click ADD.
    • NOTE: At this point, the changes will be submitted to our Due Diligence teams for their review and approval. If any documents or licenses are needed in order to provide services in that region, please make sure to upload them to your profile. Not uploading the relevant documents will result in changes being rejected.
