How to Submit Invoices for Fixed Service Prices

  1. This feature has a limited capacity and will only be available for usage on some USRs.  Coordinate with the Pinkerton POC responsible for the Service Request to make sure this option is available for the Service Request (USR).

  2. Create a non-Tsheets based invoice as usual. If your Pinkerton POC has enabled this option for the USR, you will see this area in the invoice:


  3. Click the ‘ADD’ button on the right side and a pop up will appear.

  4. Fill in the details, then click ‘SAVE’ and it will be added to the invoice.

  5. Ensure all the relevant information is in the invoice, then click SUBMIT. All done!
