User Not Found - Login Issue

If you have been asked to download the app but are having trouble logging in, it likely means that your access hasn't been set up yet. If this is the case, Eyesight will display an error message saying "User with specified credential can not be found". 


In this case, you'll need to contact your supervisor or manager to ensure you are added to the GAM system. Once your details are added to GAM, you'll be able to log in and access the app. 


If you have already been added but are still unable to log in, please take a moment to review the following articles, which provide step-by-step guidance on Eyesight related issues you may face. These resources should help you troubleshoot common issues and successfully access your account. 


However, if you continue to experience difficulties after following the instructions, we recommend contacting GAM Help Support. You can do this by clicking the 'Submit a ticket' button located at the top of this page. The support team will be able to assist you in resolving any ongoing problems.
