There are a few scenarios where the system will force a log out and require a new login. The two possible scenarios are below:
- Inactivity. After some time of inactivity, the system will automatically log out and require a new login. This measure is in place for security reasons and is intended system behavior.
- Multiple logins. If the log outs occur even when you're not inactive, it could be that the account was used somewhere else. When the same account is logged into from 2 different places, the system will automatically disconnect it from the first place it was logged into.
- In this scenario, if you don't recognize the login, we strongly recommend changing your password. This can be done from the login screen, by clicking 'Reset Password'. Further instructions can be found in this article here.
- If you do recognize the login and it was done by someone else in your company, then we would recommend that a new account is created for each person who needs to use the GAM. This can be done by adding a new user in the company's profile. Each person added to the 'Agents & Users' section of the profile will have their own login. Further instructions on how to add new users can be found in this article here.
- In this scenario, if you don't recognize the login, we strongly recommend changing your password. This can be done from the login screen, by clicking 'Reset Password'. Further instructions can be found in this article here.
If none of the scenarios above apply to your specific case, please submit a ticket to our team by clicking 'Submit a ticket' at the top right corner of this page, or by using the 'Help' icon in the bottom left corner while inside the GAM.
