How to reset my password?

I forgot my password to GAM, how do I reset this?

To regain access, we would advise resetting your password by going to the following link and selecting 'Reset Password' https://global-nexus2.pinkerton.com/login/vendor

We also recommend doing this via an Incognito window / Private browser. Steps can be found here in this link.

1. Go to https://global-nexus2.pinkerton.com/login/vendor then click on 'Reset Password'

   
   

   
   
   
2. You will be prompted to enter in your email to receive a verification code
   
   
   
   
3. Now that you have your code enter it into the box below and click on 'Verify code' 

   
   

   
   
   
4. Now you will be asked to enter in a new password. 

Password must meet the following criteria:

• Must be between 8 and 64 characters.
• Must have at least a lowercase letter.
• Must have at least an uppercase letter.
• Must have a number.
• Must have a symbol (!@#$%^&*).
• Must be different than the previous one password.
