If you are trying to add time entries to a USR, but receiving a "Out of Range: Time entry must fall within the USR star date & end date" error message, this means that the time entry being added is outside of the USR's date range, and it is possible that the USR is past its set end date.
The way forward in these cases is for you to reach out to your Pinkerton POC who's in charge of the USR and request for its end date to be extended.
