The drop down for selecting an agent is populated with the information of the agents added to the company's profile in the GAM. The first step would be to add agents to the company's profile.
After the agents and their documents are added, the agent will initially have a status of 'New'. The new information will then be reviewed by one of our internal teams to ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with local regulations. After being reviewed, the agents will then be made 'Active' and available for scheduling.
